This comprehensive training meets the Maryland State Police requirements for obtaining a Wear & Carry Permit (CCW). Focused on responsible concealed carry, self-defense, and legal compliance, this course is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to carry a handgun legally and safely. Course Goals
By the end of this course, participants will:
Fulfill the 16-hour training requirement for the Maryland CCW application
Understand lawful carry, use of force, and self-defense principles
Demonstrate competence and safety in live-fire qualification exercises
Please Note:This course does not include fingerprinting or the Maryland State Police application fee—both are required to complete the Wear & Carry Permit process. Step-by-step guidance will be provided in class.
